SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY:

You will receive your product within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location and the product type.

COD Order Confirmation:
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm the delivery address and order details before dispatch. Orders will only be shipped once confirmation is received.

We, under no circumstances, entertain or accept any cancellation once the order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

While we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, we understand that unexpected issues can arise. Please review our return guidelines below:

Chargeable Returns:
Returns are offered as a service and may incur a return shipping fee.

Missing Product Claims & Damaged Product:
Any missing or damaged product must be supported with a complete unboxing video, recorded at the time of opening the package. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the product being taken out.

Items Bought on Sale:
Products purchased during sales or at a discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Three-Day Return Window:
Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

Shipping Delays:
Timber & Stone partners with third-party courier services. We will share an estimated delivery timeline and a tracking number once your order is dispatched. For urgent orders, please reach out to our customer support team.

Cancellation/Alteration Policy:
Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after 8 hours of being placed.
If an order has already been packed or shipped, it will be considered a return upon refusal.
For prepaid orders, no refunds will be issued if the order is refused at the doorstep.
For COD orders, future orders may be denied if a previous order was refused.
Re-delivery requests will incur additional shipping and repacking charges.

Return Packaging:
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. All original paperwork must also be included.


Processing Time:
All returns will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned product.
